How big do Yorkiepoos get?

Yorkiepoos grow to heights of between 9 and 13 inches at the shoulder. A mature yorkiepoo can weigh up to 12 pounds.

Yorkiepoos are therefore small dogs and, since they require only short walks, make ideal pets for old people or others with limited mobility. Also owing to their size, they are not recommended for families with small children. Even so, the yorkiepoo is a sociable and playful breed of dog.

Yorkiepoos change color as they mature as well, particularly during the first 6 months of their lives. Their coats, which are known for being generally non-shedding, range in color between black and silver, with gold and shades of cream being common.
