Where can you find the Berry Master in "Pokemon Emerald"?

The Berry Master is found on Route 123 in Hoenn, at the far western end of the route close to where it connects with Route 118. His house can be identified by the 12 soft soil patches outside that can be used to plant berries.

The Berry Master is found inside his house on Route 123. You do not need to do anything special to visit him. He gives two random berries each day out of 10 possible types ? pomeg, kelpsy, qualot, hondew, grepa, tamato, cornn, magost, rabuta or nomel. His wife also lives in the house and gives an additional random berry per day if you can give her the correct two-word phrase.
