Where can you find TM Dig in "Pokemon Emerald"?

In the Pokémon Emerald game, TM Dig is in Fallabor Town in the Fossil Maniac's house. Players need to get to the house and talk to the girl who dwells inside it. She will give the player the TM.

If TM Dig is missed or lost in Fallabor, there are other options to receive it. Players can go to Slateport City and walk into the nearest contest room within the city. Next they need to talk to the girl inside the room, and she will give the player another copy of Dig to teach to a Pokémon. If using Technical Machines, or TMs, isn't an option, then Trapinch learns Dig at Level 41 and Nincada learns it at Level 45.
