Where can you find a SafeLink Wireless phone application?

A SafeLink Wireless phone application is available at SafeLinkWireless.com. From the home page, enter the ZIP code and click Apply Now. If the program is available in that area, step one of the application process is provided, along with a link to download a blank application.

To download a blank application, click the word "here" in the sentence located at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. SafeLink Wireless requires you to provide proof of income or eligibility verification documents with both methods of application. The Lifeline program supports SafeLink, and there is a limit of one cellphone per household.
