As of 2015, customers can search for parts on the O'Reilly Auto Parts website. The website allows a customer to search for parts by keyword, vehicle and a keyword or a part number. Another way to search involves drop-down menus for replacement parts, performance and accessories.

To access the drop-down menu, the customer hovers above the tab marked Replacement Parts, Performance or Accessories and then clicks on the closest category to meet his needs. The customer continues to click the part that most closely meets his requirements until he arrives at the page to select the year of the vehicle. Next, the customer selects the make and model before arriving at the right part.
