The right button on the mouse is the only button needed to create a new folder in Windows Vista. Creating a new folder provides a location in which the user can save files of a similar type or topic.
Users can right click on the computer desktop or within another folder in the file structure. After right clicking the mouse, a menu appears on the computer screen. Click New, and then click Folder. Type a name for the folder, and then press Enter on the keyboard to finish the process. The new folder appears in the location where the initial right click occurred.
