The former Kate Middleton, now Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge, and her husband Prince William have two children, as of December 2015. Their son, Prince George, was born July 22, 2013, and their daughter, Princess Charlotte, arrived May 2, 2015.

As of 2015, Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge is third in line for the British throne after his grandfather Prince Charles and his father. He shares his first name with his great-great-grandfather, King George VI, the father of Queen Elizabeth.

Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana is fourth in line for the throne. The little girl is named for her great-grandmother, the queen, and for her grandmother, the late Princess Diana.
