Is a miniature orange tree hard to grow?

The most important thing that a miniature orange tree requires is plenty of sun. When it has access to up to eight hours of full sun, it is quite easy to grow a dwarf citrus tree. Within two to three years, a miniature orange tree can produce fruit twice annually.
Because the miniature citrus tree requires weather ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, in most areas it is planted in a pot to allow for it to be brought indoors during the winter. The tree does best when its soil is kept moist, but not wet, and it needs regular fertilization to thrive.
