As of 2014 the minimum wage in Oklahoma is $7.25 hourly for companies with 10 or more full-time employees or more than $100,000 in gross sales per year, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Minimum wage for all other employees in Oklahoma is $2 per hour.

Minimum wage in Oklahoma does not apply to employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act, or FLSA, according to the Department of Labor. The FLSA applies to employees of hospitals, agencies providing medical care, schools, government agencies, and companies with $500,000 or more per year in sales. The federal minimum wage for these employees is $7.25 per hour, as of 2014.
