When was Mollie Busta Lange born?

Mollie Busta Lange was born in Dubuque, Iowa, in 1979 and grew up in Spring Grove, Minnesota. It was in Spring Grove where she got her start in music, joining her father’s band, the Jim Busta Band, at the age of 8.

In 2007, Lange moved to Ohio to join the band SqueezeBox, with which she plays several instruments and showcases her singing voice. As of October 2015, SqueezeBox is based in northwestern Ohio and performs various musical genres including polka, fox-trot, big band, swing and square dance. The band travels the country, performing in as many as 20 states per year.
