How much money do NBA D-League players make?

In 2014, no player in the National Basketball Association Development League makes more than $25,000 per season. There are only three compensation classifications for these professional athletes, based on the players' experience.

The highest D-League earners, the A players, have a salary of $25,000. The B players earn $19,000 and the C players earn $13,000. To cover small daily expenses, such as food and drink, the players receive a small per diem which can be three times as much for regular NBA. Bigger expenses, such as housing, are paid for by the NBA, and the basketball organization also helps the players with insurance.
