Is the "President's Book of Secrets" real?

According to The Library of Congress, the "President's Book of Secrets" does not exist and is only a fictional reference in the movie "National Treasure: Book of Secrets." The movie made people believe the Library of Congress housed the book.

The Library of Congress put "The President's Book of Secrets" movie prop on display within the Thomas Jefferson Building in 2008 along with actual genuine historical artifacts, such as John Wilkes Booth's diary. The DVD of "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" contains a bonus feature called "Inside the Library of Congress," which showcases the exhibit and shows how the book prop was made to look authentic.
