How do you remove rust from stainless steel?

To remove rust from stainless steel, dissolve baking soda in water, and rub the baking soda solution over the rusty surface with a toothbrush. Rinse the surface with clean water, and wipe it with a wet paper towel.

1. Mix the ingredients

   Measure 2 cups of water, and pour it in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and stir to make a solution.

2. Rub off rust

   Use a toothbrush to rub the baking soda solution over the rusty surface.

3. Rinse the item

   Rinse off rust with clean water, and wipe the surface with a damp paper towel to remove the remains of the scrubbed rust.
