What section of Florida state law covers homicide?

As written in Title XLVI, Chapter 782 of Florida's state law covers homicide, as noted by The Florida Senate. The section reads what terms the unlawful killing of a human being is defined by while covering the punishment and severity of such crimes.

According to the section, unlawful murder is defined by any act of sexual assault, abuse, battery, robbery, kidnap or any other unlawful act leading to or causing the death of another individual, states The Florida Senate. Any person behind such cause will be subjected to prosecution and dealt with accordingly by a trail based upon the motives and severity of such a crime, including whether the person accused had knowledge of the activity leading to a death.
