By Forinfos - 21/05/2025 - 0 comments
A super food is any food that is rich in nutrients, antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins and minerals. There is not a legal or medical definition of super food, but the nutrition industry has promoted select foods by using that standard.
According to Health Magazine, eating super foods may reduce a person's risk of developing chronic diseases and make him healthier. They may also prolong a person's life and help him to become thinner. Examples of common super foods include eggs, nuts, kiwis, quinoa, beans, salmon, broccoli, sweet potatoes and any type of berries. These foods may be easily incorporated into a person's diet to help them achieve greater health.
