What is Tom Netherton doing today?

Tom Netherton performs as a singer. As of 2015, Netherton actively performs in Branson and Escondido at the Welk Resort Theatres, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at the American Music Theatre and other venues around the country.

Netherton is a baritone and has been performing as a musician since 1969 with the Medora Musical Company in North Dakota. He joined the Lawrence Welk Show in November 1973 and his first appearance was on the Christmas show that year. He remained on the Lawrence Welk Show until 1982. After his time on the show ended, Netherton went on to perform in off-Broadway musicals.
