What vegetables are easy to grow in your garden?

Some easy-to-grow garden vegetables are salad leaves, spring onions, radishes, potatoes and peas, according to Thompson & Morgan. These vegetables grow in most climates and require only basic care.

Other easy-to-grow garden vegetables include tomatoes, broad beans, onions and garlic.

Planting times and methods change depending on the plant. Gardeners plant potatoes in partially compost-filled bags during late February and March. The potatoes then shoot up green sprouts, which the gardener covers with more compost and continues to water until the end of the season when the potatoes are fully grown.

Onions and garlic are also easy-to-grow and require little maintenance.
