What wattage of bulb is needed for a living room lamp?
By Forinfos - 20/04/2025 - 0 comments
The amount of watts needed in a lamp will depend on what the lamp is used for. The higher the wattage, the brighter the light.
A 40 to 60 watt bulb is the perfect amount of light for reading. 60 watts is a good wattage if the computer is in the living room. The brightness will also be determined by where the lamp is placed and the kind of bulb used. Pink bulbs provide a softer, more soothing light. If the lamp is used for reading, it should be placed near the area where the reading will be done to prevent eye strain from shadows.
