Does Woodmen life insurance generally receive positive reviews?

Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society gets positive reviews from both its customers and its employees. As of June 2015, the author of the only negative online review of the company, posted with Ripoff Report in 2005, has retracted the statement.

Several employees, both current and past, responded to the review, claiming the story must be false and boasting of all the positive work the company does within the community and for its customers. A representative from Woodmen Life Insurance visited RipoffReport.com and left a comment that asks the disgruntled customer to contact the company so Woodmen could resolve the issue.
