What is a blue coral snake?
By Forinfos - 10/11/2025 - 0 comments
The blue coral snake is distinguished by the bright blue stripes on the sides of its body. The top of the snake's body is black, and it has a bright red head. This highly deadly snake is native to Malaysia and other parts of Southeast Asia.
The blue coral snake lives in forests and lowland areas and usually surfaces mid-morning. It slithers along the ground, so most encounters with people are on walking paths through the forests. When a person comes upon the snake, the snake often flees like other snakes. However, it may coil and prepare to strike in some instances.
