"The Boy Who Came Back from Heaven" book is currently in process of being pulled by the publisher, as of February 2015, but it can still be found in digital format at book retailers like Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The book can also be found in paperback until the publisher completes the process of pulling the book, and may still be available in used paperback versions from the retailers.

Christian bookstores intend on pulling the book because the claims made by the young boy, who the book is based on, have been recanted. Alex, the boy who claimed to have gone to Heaven, wrote an open letter to several retailers admitting the story was not true.
