There are no reports that WEEI's John Dennis is divorced as of 2015. Dennis proposed to his long-time girlfriend Kathy Kessel in January 2014 on a Caribbean cruise ship. John Dennis checked into rehab in April 2015, and his wife Kathy is still with him.

John Dennis is best known for the "Dennis and Callahan" show, which he has hosted on WEEI since 1997. Before working on WEEI, Dennis was the youngest sports director in the history of NBC affiliates at WDAF. He has also won eight Emmy awards for his broadcast excellence. Throughout his radio career, Dennis has been the subject of several controversies.
