Is George Strait divorced?

As of 2015, country music superstar George Straight is not divorced. He is still married to his high school sweetheart and first wife, Norma Straight.

George Straight and Norma Voss dated in high school. They eventually eloped in 1971 and had their first child, Jenifer, a year later while George Straight was serving in the U.S. Army. Their second child, George Straight Jr. was born 10 years later. Despite the death of Jenifer Straight in an auto-accident, the couple remained together. By all accounts, their marriage is a happy one. As of 2012, they are the grandparents of George Harvey Straight.
