When is the the Keesler Air Force Base Air Show typically held?

The Keesler Air Force Base Air Show is typically a 2-day event held at the end March. The air show features the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Army's Golden Knights parachute team.

Due to federal budget cuts, the air show did not take place for several years, the last one being held in March 2011. In 2015, funds allowed the air show to return to the base.

Keesler Air Force Base opened in 1941 and is located in Biloxi, Mississippi. The air show features new and old aircraft, a flight simulator, helicopters, exhibitions and new aviation technology. The gates open at 9 a.m. each day with shows starting at 9:45, as of 2015.
