Who owns Saudi Arabian Airlines?

As of 2015, the Saudi Arabian government owns Saudi Arabian Airlines, which is also know as Saudia. Established in 1945, Saudi Arabian Airlines is a fully owned governmental agency controlled by the Ministry of Defense.
In the early 2000s, Saudi Arabian Airlines began strategically modifying its business structure to begin to privatize certain facets of the business. The company created several non-core units of operation slated for privatization. In 2006, the catering division became the first unit to undergo privatization. Additionally, the airline's ground services division and technical services division are slated for privatization by Saudi Arabia's Council of Ministers as of 2015.
