When should you trim yellow bell bushes?

Yellow bell bushes should be trimmed in early spring after they have bloomed. Other than trimming the bushes once or twice a year, the bushes can be pruned as needed throughout the year.
Yellow bell bushes are small shrubs that bloom bright yellow flowers a couple times a year. The plant grows best in dry, sunny climates and is found mostly in the American Southwest. The plant should be trimmed to a half-moon shape in the early spring after it first blooms, and every other branch should be pruned to expose the middle of the plant to sunlight, although they are hardy enough to grow in partial shade, too.
