What temperature does a Bosch coffee maker brew coffee at?

As of 2015, the Bosch coffee maker, the Tassimo, brews coffee at the temperature that is indicated on the barcode included in every Tassimo T Disc pod. Each type of coffee and non-coffee drink, such as cappuccino, espressos, latte and hot chocolate, has its own distinct temperature and timing information.

Drink size information is also generally included on the T Disc to ensure that the correct serving amount is served after brewing. The Bosch Tassimo coffee maker is not able to brew coffee that is packed in other types of packaging, such as coffee pods and capsules, as they do not have the T Disc information barcode.

Bosch also manufactures a more industrial coffee machine called the Benvenuto that offers adjustable brewing temperatures.
