When is the rugby season?

In the United States, professional rugby season runs during the summer months. Both the USA Rugby League (USARL) and American National Rugby League (AMNRL) begin 2014 play in late May or early June and conclude with the Championship Match in late August or early September.

The high school and college rugby seasons coincide with the spring semester, generally beginning early in the spring and concluding in mid-to-late May. Professional leagues in other parts of the world take place at all times of the year; England's Aviva Premiership Rugby begins play in September and does not end until the following May.
