Where does Winter the Dolphin live?

Winter the dolphin lives at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in Clearwater, Florida. Visitors to the aquarium can see Winter in person at the Winter Zone exhibit any day the aquarium is open. Winter is also visible to anyone online via three live webcams.

Winter was rescued in 2005 and brought to CMA for care. She was found injured at Mosquito Lagoon, Florida, at three months old. She was caught in a crab trap line which left irreparable damages to her tail. A prosthetic tail was successfully attached to Winter.

Winter starred in the major motion picture "Dolphin Tale," which was based on her life story.
